SangoPrivacy Policy

SangoImmo is offline by default. Your plans, take-offs and estimates are created and stored on your device. We run no ads, use no third-party trackers, and never sell your data.
1. Who we are
SangoImmo is a building-design (BIM) and construction cost-estimation tool, published by Sango (Janolab Studio LLC). For any question about your data: contact@sangosarl.com.
2. The principle: offline first
The app works fully without a connection. Until you create an account, no project data ever leaves your device — we hold no copy of it.
3. What we collect
Almost everything below depends on something you do — creating an account, enabling sync, paying. There is one exception, flagged as such in the table: the audience measurement of this website, which is automatic.

On iOS, the app requests camera access solely to attach a site photo to a project. No data is used for advertising tracking.
4. What we do not do
- No ads, no third-party trackers, no cross-app profiling. Our audience measurement is done by us, on our own servers: no third-party SDK, cookie, or beacon (no Google Analytics, no Meta, no other).
- No selling or commercial sharing of your data.
- No collection of your location, your contacts, or any device advertising identifier (IDFA / GAID). We only read the campaign parameters already present in the URL you arrive on —
utm_*,gclid,fbclid— to attribute the visit to the channel that brought it, and nothing else. - No cookies: audience measurement relies on a random identifier stored locally, which you can erase at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.
5. Processors we rely on
When sync is on, we use providers that process your data on our behalf only:
- Supabase — authentication and database (synced projects).
- Backblaze B2 — storage of attached photos/files.
- Resend (email) and SMSala (SMS) — delivering sign-in codes.
- Apple Push Notification service — delivering notifications.
- MTN MoMo / Orange Money operators — payments (web/Android).
6. Retention and deletion
Local data stays on your device until you delete it. Synced data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all server-side data at any time by writing to contact@sangosarl.com.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or erase your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above; we respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children
SangoImmo is intended for adult professionals and individuals. The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version; material changes will be flagged in the app.
